Unfortunately we have had overnight rain which has raised a doubt about our game tomorrow but hopefully we get no more and our fixture against Rhostyllen FC which has been reversed as their pitch is unplayable goes ahead, kick off 2.30pm. The Karl Thomas Memorial Hall and Bando's will be open serving food and drinks. The match ball has kindly been sponsored by Karl Thomas.
Manager Ian Andrews gave his thoughts ahead of the game, "This week we welcome Rhostyllen to the riverside, we have reversed the fixture due to their pitch being unplayable. After a disappointing result last week against Llanuwchllyn and a postponed fixture against Hawarden, the players have had time to reflect on their performances and have a chance to put things right against Rhostyllen. The visitors have had a good 1st season in the top division and have had some great wins of late, they are a local bunch of players who enjoy playing for their village side. It will be good to get back on the pitch and straight into a local Derby, time is running out for us and we need to pick up points sooner rather than later. Team news for the game is that missing are Ben Jones, Adam Peters, Elliott Kavanagh and Luke Peters. Coming back into the squad are Callum Williams, Austin Owen, Mike Parry and Ryan Merrill who were all unavailable for midweek. Dyfan Smith will look to continue after impressing in the last 2 games. After the game we will welcome Rhostyllen into the clubhouse for food and refreshments.
