Hopefully weather permitting we can get back to some football this Saturday when make the short trip to play Rhostyllen at the Rec, kick off 2.00pm. Manager Ian Andrews gave his thought ahead of the game, "After yet another postponed game we are hopefully looking to get back on the pitch this week with a short trip to Rhostyllen. Spirits are good in the camp and the players are ready for a crucial few weeks of games in what we have set ourselves a target of points to reach, we have got a big job ahead of us to stay in the division especially after teams closest to us winning last week. I believe we have the quality and fighting spirit to get out of trouble and the players have to believe that also, we have been working hard on the training pitch and need to take that into games. We have managed to get 3 new signings in and this has given the players a much needed boost, we have brought in Elliott Kavanagh from Llay welfare, Rhys Powell from Brymbo and signed free agent Adam Mills, all 3 will add quality to the squad. Rhostyllen have had a good season so far with some impressive wins, like beating Chirk away, so they will provide a tough fixture for the lads, if we put the effort and commitment in then we'll give ourselves a chance of getting a result. I hope some of our loyal supporters can make the short trip and support the players".
