Our reserves made the short trip for the local derby against Rhos Aelwyd looking to continue there good form and despite a heavy pitch started really well. The opening 20 minutes saw us create and miss several chances to take the lead. The reminder of the half was a more even contest we both defenses coming out on top.
We got off to a dream start in the second half when Callum Dutton scored following a free kick into the Rhos Aelwyd box that the home defense failed to deal with. In the 69th minute Shaun Pemberton then added a second following a great move to seal a 2-0 win and a much deserved three points.
