Our Reserves returned to winning ways with an excellent 5–1 victory away at Saltney Town yesterday afternoon.
Tommy Hallam opened the scoring in the 8th minute to give us an early lead. The hosts responded in the 23rd minute through Oliver Roberts, but right on the stroke of half-time Drew Wickens restored our advantage to make it 2–1 going into the break.
A dominant second-half performance followed, with Lewis Clamp grabbing a brilliant brace and Finn Williams adding another to seal an impressive 5–1 win and a well-deserved three points on the road.
